Meet The Team

Katrina

“Hi everyone, I’m Katrina and I’m one of the names and faces behind The Ole Dairy. I love cooking and creating in the kitchen. What can I say? Food is my passion.

Before I jumped into The Ole Dairy my previous jobs had me working at catering companies, fast food restaurants, and cafes which led me into my career as a Flight Attendant where I became a Manager and Onboard Supervisor. I’m a Mum to 2 beautiful kids, well 3 if you include my Husband.

I'm currently on maternity leave, and because of what Covid is throwing at us I decided that I would follow my passion of owning a café and now here I am.

So, come on down, say hi, and hope to see you soon”

Food! Glorious Food!

Yes, that’s my mantra!

I’ve loved cooking since I was a child and my passion just grows and grows. I love feeding people! That’s when I’m in my happy place

Hi, I’m Beni Orwell and I’m currently over the top excited about The Ole Dairy.

I’ve been married to my husband, Michael, for 37 years and we have two beautiful daughters Brienne and Dominique.

After 20 years with Qantas, I took redundancy in 2014. Late 2016, I applied for MasterChef Australia, and three auditions later, I made it into the “house” as one of the 24 contestants for 2017, series 9!

I didn’t want to reach 80 and be saying “I wish I’d applied for MasterChef” so I put myself out there, way out of my comfort zone and did it!

I can’t wait for TOD to open and to welcome all of you to sample our wares! I look forward to seeing you soon ”
